About PBJ Media Solutions
PBJ Media Solutions is Jamaica-first, operations-focused and responsible about selecting technology. We help suitable organizations turn disconnected work into clearer, supportable systems.

Our position
We focus on the work between customer contact, administration, operations and management visibility. That connected view helps reveal where a website, automation, integration, report or custom application can create real value.
AI-supported workflows are considered only where they add practical value and suitable privacy, human review and accountability can be defined. AI is not the automatic answer.
Senior technical direction
PBJ Media’s technical direction is led by a senior Solutions Architect with more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience, including career experience associated with J.P. Morgan Chase, Hewlett-Packard, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell, Perspecta, DXC Technology, Multi-Bank Securities and Indecon Solutions.
That experience spans healthcare, financial services and public-sector environments, with work involving solutions architecture, systems integration, application delivery, infrastructure, databases, operational automation and technical governance.
Employer references describe prior professional experience and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or a client relationship with PBJ Media Solutions.
