Informational purpose

Public content provides general information about PBJ Media Solutions and its services. It is not a proposal, quotation, promise of availability or guaranteed result.

A submission does not create a contract

Submitting a contact form, Operations Assessment request, appointment request or general enquiry only begins a discussion. It does not create a client relationship, require PBJ Media Solutions to accept an engagement, form a binding contract, guarantee availability, reserve resources or approve a proposal.

A binding engagement may arise only through an expressly accepted proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other written agreement.

Separate service agreements

An accepted proposal, statement of work or service agreement may include additional or different terms. For the relevant engagement, the expressly accepted service agreement controls where it conflicts with these website-use Terms.

No website payments

PBJMedia.net does not currently accept online payments, deposits, subscriptions, ecommerce purchases or credit-card payments.

Electronic communications and records

PBJ Media Solutions may use and retain electronic communications and records, including records of submissions, consent and accepted agreements. Electronic acceptance may evidence agreement where PBJ Media Solutions expressly requests acceptance in connection with a particular proposal or agreement. An ordinary enquiry or appointment submission is not contractual acceptance.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and useful, but errors, omissions or outdated information may occur. The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PBJ Media Solutions owns or is authorized to use the site text, branding, graphics, layout, code and original resources. You may view and use them for ordinary personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell or present them as your own without permission. Third-party materials and client-owned assets remain subject to their respective rights.

You are responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not create an unlimited indemnity or apply to losses caused by PBJ Media Solutions.
