Frequently asked questions

Learn how PBJ approaches fit, delivery and next steps.

What does PBJ Media Solutions do?

PBJ helps organizations reduce manual administration, improve follow-up, connect fragmented records, clarify handoffs and build practical systems for better operational visibility.

Which organizations are a good fit?

PBJ primarily serves established small and medium-sized businesses, nonprofits, associations and operationally complex service organizations with a meaningful recurring problem and people who can participate in defining the workflow.

Do you only work in Jamaica?

Jamaica is our primary market. PBJ may serve suitable Caribbean organizations when the operating context, communication and delivery model are a good fit.

What happens after I contact you?

PBJ reviews the business problem and basic suitability. A Solutions Advisor responds to the initial enquiry within one business day to clarify the appropriate next step.

What is a Business Operations Assessment?

It is a structured review of workflows, handoffs, information, current systems and priorities used to clarify connected operational problems and practical next-step options. Read the assessment details and boundaries.

How are assessment scope and pricing determined?

They vary with the operation and are confirmed only after PBJ reviews suitability and the required depth. Submitting an enquiry does not commission an assessment or create a contract.

Do appointment requests guarantee a time?

No. A requested time is not reserved until PBJ confirms it or agrees an alternative.

Does every solution use AI?

No. AI-supported work is considered only where it adds practical value and suitable privacy, human review and accountability can be defined. Traditional automation or standard software may be more appropriate.

Can PBJ improve existing systems instead of replacing them?

Yes. PBJ may recommend process improvement, configuration or integration when existing systems can reasonably support the operation.

When is custom software appropriate?

Custom software may be appropriate when the workflow is stable and an established product, configuration or integration cannot reasonably support the defined operational need. Compare the solution categories.

What makes a project suitable?

A suitable project has a meaningful recurring problem, access to the relevant process owners, clear operational ownership and a practical way to validate whether the result works.

What kinds of problems can PBJ help solve?

Common examples include repetitive administration, inconsistent customer follow-up, disconnected spreadsheets, delayed reporting, unclear handoffs and weak accountability across teams or channels.
